 Today comes our second capacity building programme and it was organized under the guidance of Maya maam.  Our resource person is Mr. Jobi kondoor, was an excellent lifeskill trainer. Class begins with an introductory activity that help us to learn many things.  Most important one is act after hearing the whole situation.  Then he ask to pair with another student from other optional and ask them to the reason behind the name.  That help us to understand the person. Then he discussed about the 5 important components of a positive relationship.  They are, cooperation,  respect, caring,  understanding etc  final session deals with an activity  that is tower making using left hand by tied the both eyes. That gives us a message that whatever the situation  try to make it positive . Totally the class was outstanding and informative too.

 Day started with prayer in chapel.  Today we had capaciy building programme and psycology exhibition as part of the B Ed curriculum. Also inauguration of psychology club AKAM takes place along with it. Our chief guest is Prakash Ramakrishnan  sir, famous lifeskill trainer. Inaugural function starts at 10 am. After that we had the capacity building class by Prakash sir. Sir begins the class with famous poems, that was really interesting.  Sir give beautifull explanation to the words like AHA, FAIL, SMILE etc. Final session deals with the major skills introduced by WHO. Afternoon we had exhibition in General hall. Students from St. Gorettis school also participated in this event. All of them makes this event more beautyfull.

 Today was an unforgettable day for me. Today comes the day that I waited for a long. Our 66 th college union conducted a visit to thenmala and palaruvi as a part of our field trip. We begins our journey at 6 45 am. We reached palaruvi at 10 30 am . Then we had our break fast. Then we go to palaruvi waterfalls . It was an mind fresherer one. Palaruvi looks like white hair from the mountain. Some of us take bath in palaruvi.  Then our second destination is thenmala. First we go for boating and then moves on to leisure zone. That one was amazing. Then we seen an musical light fountain . Then we seen a light show that describes te history of thenmala and palaruvi. After all we leave from thenmala with mind full of happy. .

 Today is very special to us. Our college together with Unacademy conduct a quiz programme in association with teachers day celebration. Students from more than 20 colleges will participated in this mega event. Around 100 teams are present. Programme started after inauguration at auditorium. Our quiz master is from unacademy. Questions are very informative. Preliminary round completed Forenoon. Four teams are selected for final round. Mains conducted after lunch. The winners are from Engineering college , Trivandrum.  Validictory function starts after the session is completed.

 Day started with prayer in chapel. Forenoon session  we had criticism classes.  First session is handled by Safana and Sr. Nisha. Both of them presented excellent. They had greater confidence in the entire class. Students are actively participated in the  class. They also provide sweets to the students. This makes class active. Second session handled by Megha and lekshmi. They also have greater confidence in their entire classes. They presented very well.  Afternoon Ancy teacher gives us a work . We leave the campus little early due to the heavy traffic.
