Just breathe🧘‍♀️🧘

 Day start with prayer in chapel. First hour we had yoga practice by Stephen sir. Class begins with prayer and yoga started with some warm up exercises. We mainly focused on Suryanamaskar, which helps to make our different systems of our body like cardio- vascular system, respiratory system, digestive system etc. more fresh and healthy. Starting we face some difficulty, but we repeat it for some time, that helps us to improve much.  

Next two hours is by Joju sir.  Today we discussed about assesment methods which includes, test measurement and evaluation.  Afternoon session is handled by Goerge sir. Today we discussed about how to draw non- standard track by finding radius. Last hour we had a delicious live cooking demonstration by sneha maam. Maam introduces three different methods of cooking Maggie.  That was really an interesting session.
