Keep calm and step onπ§♀️π§♀️π§♀️
Day start with prayer in chapel. First hour is yoga and class lead by Goerge sir. Today we practice pranayamam, which increases our concentration span. Class ends with Shavasana. Next two hours is by Joju sir and today's topic is about the Achievement test and its characteristics. Afternoon, we had Goerge sir class about marking of long jump. After that, we had an aerobic training session handled by Sreedevi maam and it was really a enjoying one it helps to reduce our mental stress and keep ourselves cool and calm. All of us enjoyed it very much.
